  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).
  2. Mix butter, oil, bananas, sugar, molasses, and egg until smooth.
  3. Sprinkle baking soda & spices over mixture, mix lightly.
  4. Add flour, stir until combined.
  5. Add raisins, stir.
  6. Pour into buttered bread pan.
  7. Sprinkle top with kosher salt.
  8. Bake for one hour.
  9. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
