Directions

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients into large saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until onions are clear.
  3. Top each serving with 1 ounce shredded cheddar cheese, dollop of sour cream and chives, if desired.
  4. Serve with crackers.
