Ginormous Chocolate Ice Cream Shake

"This 24 ounce shake is not only HUGE and low in both calories (206) and fat (<1g), but it even has 7 grams of fiber compared to a Jack in the Box shake with 1,230 calories. If desired, top with fat-free whipped cream, such as Reddi-Whip, and a cherry. Enjoy! Courtesy of Hungry Girl."
