- 1⁄2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt

- 2 lbs cod
- 3⁄4 cup dark Mexican beer (room temperature)
- 2 eggs (separated)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- canola oil
- shredded cabbage
directions
- Salsa Blanca.
- Mix Yogurt, Mayo and Salt.
- Fish.
- Cut fish into roughly 3 X 1 inch strips. Pat dry with a paper towel. Role in flour and dust off.
- Beat egg yolks, beer, salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic salt and flour.
- Whisk egg whites until creamy thn fold into batter. batter will hold up for an hour.
- Heat oil to 375. Dip floured fish into batter then into oil until golden crisp.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towel to drain.
