Giordano's Copycat Pizza Sauce (No Cook!)

"Ok, guys. After countless attempts at making one of best pizza sauces, this my "master pizza sauce". Believe me when I tell you, I think that I nailed it! All Chicagoans that have had my sauce say it's Giordano's spot on. The BEST thing is....... you don't have to cook it! Enjoy!!"

  • Whisk all ingredients together. Let sit "a couple-two-tree" hours. What could be easier?! This sauce is good for one deep dish or two thin crust pizzas. This also makes a good pasta sauce using some freshly made meatballs and sausage. Just let them gently simmer in the sauce for an hour. If you make this sauce for meatballs, don't stir the sauce too briskly. You'll wind up with meat sauce (which may not be a bad thing!).

  1. Was very excited to try this for family pizza night. Upon making, found this to be an average pizza sauce much like you could purchase in isle 7 (specifically: the sweet note was a bit too strong); direspectful to call it anything approaching Giordanos - simply is not. Thanks for sharing though.
