ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli, separated and cut small
- 1⁄2 cup purple onion, cut into small pieces
- bacon bits, add amount you would like
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 head cauliflower, one head, separated and cut small
- 1 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup red pepper, cut small
- 1⁄2 cup green pepper, cut small
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
directions
- Mix first eight ingredients and place in a sealed bowl.
- Mix dressing ingredients and pour over first ingredients just before serving.
- This salad can be made and set aside for up to 1 day.
