ingredients
- 1 apple, halved cored. and sliced 1/2 in slices
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1⁄4 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh gingerroot, minced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
directions
- Melt butter over medium heat until just starts to brown.
- saute apples until golden on both sides. Put on the side.
- Add minced ginger to pan until fragrant appx 2 minute
- Return apples to pan and sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook until tender about 5 min.
