  1. Combine 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp lemon juice and ginger; pour over chicken stirring to coat.
  2. Refrigerate 30 minute.
  3. Combine remaining 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, honey and 1 Tbsp water.
  4. In wok or large skillet, brown chicken in hot oil; pour off oil.
  5. Add honey mixture.
  6. Over meduim heat, cook-covered-5 minute.
  7. Over high heat cook uncovered 5 minute or till chicken is glazed; stir occasionally.
  8. Refrigerate leftovers.
