  1. Place ground meats and bread crumbs in a large bowl.
  2. Process together the onion, egg, milk, salt, pepper, mustard, worchestershire sauce and sage in a food processor until smooth.
  3. (Sometimes I add a green pepper or some celery at this stage for a variation).
  4. Pour over meat and crumbs and mix together well using your hands.
  5. Pack lightly into a 9 X 5 X 3 inch loaf dish.
  6. Bake for 1 hour at 350*F.
  7. Stir together glaze ingredients.
  8. Spread over loaf and bake for 1/2 hour longer.
