Glazed Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars

  • In mixing bowl, beat butter or margarine, sugars and peanut butter till light and fluffy.
  • Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
  • Combine flour, oatmeal, baking soda and salt. Add to peanut butter mixture. Mix well.
  • Spread into greased 13x9" pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or till lightly browned.
  • While baking, combine powdered sugar, peanut butter and milk. Cool bars for about 10 minutes then drizzle with glaze.
