  1. Sprinkle pork chops with sage and salt.
  2. In a large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides.
  3. Transfer to an 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  4. Stir flour into the pan drippings until blended.
  5. Gradually stir in broth and vinegar.
  6. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened.
  7. Remove from the heat.
  8. Arrange apples over chops; sprinkle with brown sugar.
  9. Drizzle with broth mixture.
  10. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160°.
