Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut squash in half lengthwise, scoop out seeds.
  3. Bake cut side down for 45 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and turn over.
  5. Spread with butter, drizzle with syrup.
  6. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Return to oven for 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately.
