- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 1⁄4 cups sweet rice flour
- 1⁄2 cup potato starch
- 2⁄3 cup tapioca flour
- 1⁄3 cup cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons xanthan gum
directions
- Throughly blend all ingredients, place in container.
