  1. Preheat the oven to 325.
  2. Line 12 muffin cups.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  4. In a separate bowl, blend the honey, vegetable oil, milk, vanilla and eggs.
  5. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ones.
  6. Gently mix in the blueberries.
  7. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
