- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup gram flour
- 1⁄4 cup potato starch
- 1⁄4 cup cornstarch
- 1⁄4 cup rice flour or 1/4 cup brown rice flour
- 2 tablespoons glutenous rice flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
directions
- Mix everything together until you have a smooth, thin batter.
- Fry in butter or margarine in a frying or crepe pan.
