  • Sift together flours, spices and soda. Set aside.
  • Beat Stevia, Ghee, molasses and egg in large bowl.
  • Add dry ingredients, stir.
  • Add 1/4 c hot water and mix well.
  • Pour into lined muffin tins. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350.
