Gluten Free Matzah

  • Preheat oven to 500.
  • Combine dry ingredients. Place into stand mixer or food processor.
  • Add oil and combine.
  • Slowly add water while mixing/pulsing until moist, well combined dough ball is formed. You may not need all the water.
  • Divide dough into 4 equal parts.
  • Press each ball of dough into ungreased baking sheet until very thin.
  • Pierce flattened dough with fork.
  • Bake until edges are golden brown. Approximately 10 - 12 minutes.
