  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine all the dry ingredients together: sugar, brown sugar, soy glour, xanthan gum, cinnamon, cloves, ginger. Run through a flour sifter to remove any large pieces of brown sugar.
  • Mix well.
  • Add in the eggs, softened butter and molasses.
  • Mix well, dough should be firm enough to roll into balls.
  • Roll dough into spoon size balls and then roll in sugar.
  • Put on a baking sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes.
  • Remove from baking sheet and enjoy with a glass of milk.
