ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 3 tablespoons tapioca starch
- 1⁄3 cup potato starch
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder (gluten-free)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon guar gum
- 2 eggs (I use extra large)
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 cup almond milk (minus 1 tbsp)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup water
directions
- 1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
- 2. Add wet ingredients and stir well.
- 3. Mix will seem watery in consistency, but the recipe makes really fluffy waffles.
