ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 2 tablespoons tapioca starch
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1⁄4 cup ice water
directions
- Mix dry ingredients well.
- Use mixer to blend in butter (or oil).
- Add water and "whip it up.".
- Pour into greased pie plate and spread with fingers.
