Gluten-Free Sweet BBQ Bacon Shrimp

  • Preheat oven to 450°F, and line a baking pan with foil.
  • Defrost and/or warm the bacon in the microwave but do not allow it to crisp.
  • Add the spices to the honey and mix well.
  • Dip the shrimp into the honey mixture one at a time, then wrap them with 1/3 slice bacon; secure the bacon with toothpicks.
  • Arrange the shrimp in the baking pan, cover with half the BBQ sauce, and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Baste with remaining BBQ sauce and cook an additional 5 minutes.
