  • add eggs, green onions, almond flour and season with salt.
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium heat waiting for pan to get hot.
  • Spoon mixture into pan and fry until golden brown, approx 2-3 min per side.
  • Serve with applesauce and/or sour cream.
