Going Green Smoothie

"Let me start with that you do NOT taste the spinach. It's a touch sweet and refreshing. My 3 yr old drank an entire cup and is looking forward to more tomorrow. Prep time can vary if using fresh pineapple. This recipe comes from the VItamix website."

  1. I absolutely love this recipe and so does my 10 year old son. I found out about this recipe at a Williams Sonoma cooking show that was previewing the Vitamix. It's the best way to eat spinach and get essential nutrients and vitamins! I've also done different variations of the recipe adding oranges and other things... Smoothies are fun to experiment with.
