  1. Yum yum yum. A bit time consuming, though, for so simple a dish. And I had trouble getting an even golden color on the cauliflower. I used olive oil instead of butter and that seemed to be fine. Maybe my heat was wrong. Some sides burnt and some were golden and some were still white. But it still tasted good!

  2. WOW! Now I usually HATE cooked califlower! I love it raw, but would normaly only eat it cooked in cream of califlower soup. But this just proves, that with butter, breadcrumbs and cheese, anything could be made yummy! This is quite good, and when I told my mom that we ate a whole bunch of califlower, she thanked you for being able to do what she tried to do for 18 years!!! Thank you!!!

I live in rural Saskatchewan on a farm. Im always looking for quick and easy recipes to whip up during our most busy seasons (spring and fall). In the winter i enjoy winter sports with my family, and baking as well as crocheting and knitting. My biggest pet peeve has to be rude people, there is to much hate going on in this world it is just as easy to smile as it is to frown at someone, lets all give it a try : ) ;)
