  1. Heat deep fryer.
  2. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
  3. Soak chicken in milk.
  4. Mix Flour and seasoning in large bowl.
  5. Dip chicken into flour.
  6. Cook about 12 pieces at a time in fryer for 360 degrees for 6 to 9 minutes or until golden.
  7. Serve with Sweet and Sour sauce or honey mustard!
