  1. I added about a pound and a half of baby Bella mushrooms. I honestly don't know how long they cooked because I was busy. This was good.

  2. We loved the mushrooms prepared this way. They were perfect. The toasted bread crumbs and onions browned beautifully. Thank you for sharing a recipe we will enjoy again. Made for CQ4 - Austria.

  3. We really liked these I found they came out really nice. I only made 4 big mushrooms as we are only 2 people and I had a lot on my plate anyway Thank you for posting Made for CQ 2017 Spice Girls

  4. Love this recipe. I used panko and added thyme from my garden cuttings. My husband said "you can make these anytime", and I will! Made for CQ 2017.

  5. These were really really good! I did add some nutmeg to my breadcrumbs. I think thyme or other herbs can easily be added too! I used panko which worked well. I think the pan needs to be pretty hot, mine took a while to really get heated so I doubled the time it took to cook. I also added more butter as the cooking went on as the pan dried out, just to keep the panko browning. At first, I didn't get why the onion was needed, but it definitely added to the flavor. After plating the mushroom I scraped all the onion and brown bits out of the pan onto the mushrooms. Absolutely will make these again! Thanks for posting Lynn! Stacy G for CQ 2017, Austria.
