Oh! These are so yummy!! I love the soft, buttery cookie and the berry in the center is so pretty! My family can't stay away from these little gems. Made just as directed, except I must've made slightly larger cookies, as I only got 40. I used a small, approximately two teaspoon sized, cookie scoop to form the cookies. Regardless of how many I ended up with, we'll be making these again in the summer. I'm thinking I'll make these for the 4th of July and make half with the strawberry centers and the other half I'll fill with 3 fresh blueberries in each cookie. Thanks for sharing the recipe, Kitty! :D Made & enjoyed for Rhapsody in Rouge!
