ingredients

2 cups shortening
1 ¹⁄₂ cups brown sugar
1 ¹⁄₂ cups white sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 ¹⁄₂ teaspoons salt
5 cups flour

directions

Put the brown sugar, white suger, shortening and then the eggs in the bowl; mix them together.
Add vanilla, baking soda, salt and flour; mix that together.
Add the chocolate chips then mix that together.
Bake at 325°F for ten minutes.
