  • Chop lettuce, onions, and almonds.,.
  • Put lettuce, fruit, nuts, and onion in a bowl.
  • Separately, mix dressing ingredients- mayonnaise, sugar, red wine vinegar, and dry mustard.
  • Mix salad ingredients with dressing before serving.
  • Note: I use a couple of packets of stevia instead of sugar. The dressing can be thinned by adding milk.
