  2. Put lettuce, fruit, nuts, and onion in a bowl.
  3. Separately, mix dressing ingredients- mayonnaise, sugar, red wine vinegar, and dry mustard.
  4. Mix salad ingredients with dressing before serving.
  5. Note: I use a couple of packets of stevia instead of sugar. The dressing can be thinned by adding milk.
