  1. These were good and simple to prepare, but we unfortunately found them to be dry and a bit bland (tasting them by themselves). Perhaps a sauce would liven them up, but we really felt they could use more seasoning and maybe some Worchestershire sauce. The only change we made was to use white bread. Overall, we liked this recipe.

  2. Tasty, easy and healthy - Oh my! I made this exactly as written, for once. It made 42 meatballs, that I put in pasta sauce and served over spaghetti. They tasted light and not greasy at all because there's virtually no fat in the extra lean turkey that I used. I made this for Everyday is a Holiday. Thanks!

  3. These are so easy to make! I did add a little less milk to the bread crumbs but everything else stayed the same. I also bought ground turkey with Italian seasoning already in it, so I didn't add a lot more Italian seasoning to it. I love the way the fresh parsley looks in the finished meatballs. I whipped up some homemade spaghetti sauce and once the meatballs were done, into the pot they went. They were really tender and my family had no idea they were healthy :) ETA- Made for Everyday is a Holiday cooking game.

  4. We really liked these! The seasonings were great I rolled these into 1 1/2" balls and baked for 20 minutes. I think 20 minutes was a little too long. I will definitely make these again.
