  1. Mix 2 sticks butter, 2 cups flour and confectioner's sugar. Spread in a greased 9 by 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes -- make filling while baking.
  2. Mix filling ingredients and spread over baked crust. Bake for another 25 minutes.
  3. After baking, run a sharp knife around the edge and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
