  • 1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Pour milk into a small saucepan over medium low heat. Stir until warmed. Place milk along with remaining ingredients into a large mixing bowl. With a rubber spatula, stir until combined, then pour into a well greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 1 hour, remove and let cool for 15 minutes. Cut into squares and let continue cooling. Store in an air tight container.

  1. These are in the oven now. I had only half a cup of craisins, so used that; and no pineapple, so used 1/2 cup dessicated coconut instead, sprinkled with 2 packets of Stevia to sweeten. Had no Teddy Grahams, but used animal crackers, which I broke into small pieces (as this is for my dad, who probably doesn't appreciate them whole as much as kids would). Next time, I will heat the condensed milk in a large pan so I can mix all the ingredients into it and save one step in cleaning. These were an easy way to get a semi-healthy snack. Dad thought they were good - will test on the grandson tomorrow. Thanks for sharing. Update: fairly good, but the grandson would not eat them.
