- 2 cups Miracle Whip
- 7 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup sweet relish
- 1⁄2 cup diced celery
- 1⁄3 cup finely sliced green onion
- 3⁄4 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1⁄4 cup diced yellow onion
- 3⁄4 tablespoon salt
- 5 lbs cooked cooled, peeled baking potatoes (cut in 3/4-inch cubes)
directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- Chill for a minimum of 1 hour and serve.
