Goody Glaze

"Since I substitute Splenda for all or most of the sugar in cake and cookie recipes, if I use a glaze, I want it to really be something special. Most powdered sugar glazes are merely sweet, without enough depth to really taste good. This one is sooo much better!! Of course you can double or triple the recipe to suit your needs."

  1. Excellent glaze for Recipe # 60242, and probably most any kind of cake dessert. I did find that the powdered sugar didn't dissolve until I heated the glaze in the microwave for about 20 seconds. But it was great! :)

  2. I am using this on all my coffee cakes or anything else that can use a glaze, even if they don't call for one. This is great stuff!!

  3. This was a great and easy glaze for the umpteen bundt cakes I had to make for a catered event. I even made some into chocolate and some into lemon by using this as a base recipe. Thanks!
