- 1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 16 -18 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb powdered sugar, less 2 T
- 1⁄2 cup pecans
directions
- Mix first 3 ingredients and press into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degress for 10 minutes.
- Blend the cream cheese, eggs, and powdered sugar. When thoroughly blended, spread carefully over still warm crust. Bake another 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar over the top. Then sprinkle the pecans. Bake another 15 minutes, more or less, until the filling has set.
