  • Beat the cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in egg and vanilla.
  • Add the cake mix and mix well (dough will be sticky).
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Roll rounded tablespoonfuls of dough into balls.
  • Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 degrees four 9-11 minutes.
  • Cool on wire rack.

  1. These are good and gooey cookies. Made as written using a chocolate fudge cake mix. I think they would have been good with chocolate chips added. Made and reviewed for Bargain Basement Tag.
