"Super quick and easy! Can pipe into mini phyllo shells, or just serve with chips/pretzels/veggies. Can thin out with a little half&half."

directions

  • Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse and scrape down sides, then puree. This makes a very thick, spread-like dip. Can thin out with half & half or wine. Great served with waffle-style pretzel chips, pita crisps, or vegetables. Yield 2 cups is approximate.

I live in NC with hubby and 2 wee ones. I stay at home with the kids - lots of work and no pay but it's worth it! I go through phases of loving to cook and then for a while it becomes just a chore. Mostly I enjoy it - especially with a glass of wine as I make dinner. Love shopping, decorating my home, chatting endlessly with girlfriends (sometimes under the guise of "book club"). Dislike cleaning (but do it nonstop with a toddler and baby) and grocery shopping.
