  1. These really are fantastic!! I think this is my all-time favorite chocolate drink now. I used considerably more chocolate ice cream than called for, but it made an awesome shake. Can't wait for another hot day to make these again. Thanks JanuaryBride for a real keeper. Made for ZWT7 by a fellow Emerald City Shaker.

  2. Hey, Cap'n, this was yummy, but whoo-eee, was it strong for an ice cream drink! I must admit, I don't usually like banana flavored alcoholic drinks (banana cows, banana daiquiris, etc), but this was really nice. Probably because the banana liqueur was buried amongst all my other favorite liqueurs, right? LOL I actually started off with only the 1 1/2 oz of ice cream, but I decided to toss in the rest of the container of ice cream after I took a sip of it as written (not nearly as bad as it sounds -- I used one of those single-serving Edy's Grand Light cups). Even so, the alcohol was pretty strong in this (of course, I'm not much of a drinker, so I could just be that much of an alco-weenie lol). I mean, geez, how was I going to explain to DH how I managed to get sloppy off of only one relatively small ice cream drink?! LOL I'll definitely be making more of these, especially since my "bar" is now stocked with nearly-full bottles of all the liqueurs for this drink :P! Sorry for the yucky photo, too (kinda wish I could say that I was drunk when I took it, but I obviously hadn't had the drink yet, sigh). Thanks for posting! Made for ZWT5 Caribbean
