  • Chop onion into 1" piece. Slice celery down the middle of the stalk, then slice it up.
  • Brown beef in a large pot or frying pan. Add celery and onions and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  • Add tomatoes and tomato paste, and all spices. Stir and simmer.
  • Boil pasta as directed. Drain. Add pasta to sauce mixture. Simmer for 45 minutes.
