  1. Butter the 4 slices of bread with spreadable butter.
  2. Chop the ham and turkey in to 1/2" strips.
  3. Sauté wine, garlic, and mushrooms in the 1/2 tbsp butter. Olive oil can be substituted. Cook down until garlic and mushrooms are tender.
  4. Add in meats as well as thyme and basil, and cook on medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. On a frying pan, place 2 slices of bread butter side down, and then using tongs or lifter, place the meat/herb mixture evenly on both slices.
  6. Cover each with a slice of cheese, then top with the other slices of bread, butter side up.
  7. Cook on each side until golden brown.
