  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, beaten eggs, onion soup, herb stuffing mix, salt and pepper.
  3. Divide meat in half and shape into loaves.
  4. Place into meatloaf pan.
  5. Bake 1 hour to 1 1/2, until meat is well-browned.
  6. While meatloaf is baking, mix together ingredients for the sauce.
  7. Pour off fat before pouring sauce over meatloaf.
  8. Bake 30 minutes longer.
  9. This recipe can be cut in half or you can freeze the second meatloaf.
