  1. If you like cottage cheese and hate soggy cereal as I do, then you will enjoy this nutritious breakfast. I served this in a bowl and just eyeballed the amounts. With each bite, you get a little sweetness from the fruit, creaminess from the cottage cheese, and crunch from the raisin bran. A very enjoyable and different breakfast.

  2. This was pretty good, I used mandarin oranges instead of peaches. Good filling breakfast.

I am the mother of six always hungry kids! The oldest four are out of the house, but often manage to show up around dinner time! I work part-time as a paraeducator for the elementary school my kids attended. My husband is diabetic, so I'm always looking for recipes that are good for him and that the whole family will enjoy. My 15-yr old daughter is taking home ec in school and needs to cook for homework. She is really getting good at it and I "let" her make dinner at least twice a week!
