ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 cups graham flour
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1⁄2 cup molasses
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
directions
- Combine milk and cider vinegar; let stand 5 minutes.
- Blend all ingredients together until thoroughly combined either by hand or using a heavy duty mixer.
- Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pans.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until a wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to rack to cool completely.

I love cooking, and reading Christian fiction..I have 5 grandchildren..4 boys and 1 spoiled granddaughter...I also have a black cocker spaniel named Tobey..who is very spoiled..Love computer games, cross stitch and reading cookbooks..I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia almost a year ago, on September 26, 2005....was in an out of the hospital for 8 months, doing intensive chemo...I am doing well now, thanks for all the prayers...
