Graham Custards

"I found this recipe in an old holiday baking booklet. i'm posting it so i don't lose it. you can change the flavors by using different flavor grahams. plain, cinnamon are good. chocolate grahams remind me of mallow cups. i also like fresh ground nutmeg but you can use nutmeg spice already ground"

I love to cook and try new recipes. I an newly retired, so I have time to experiment with new recipes. My children are grown and its just me and hubby he is a professional photographer and owns his own studio. He is busy with weddings most of the year so when we do eat together it is a very special time. He is Italian and I'm French so we like to eat choices from both cuisines as well as other types of cooking.
