Graham Popcorn Snack Mix

- 10 cups popped popcorn, air popped (approx 1/2c unpopped)
- 1 1⁄2 cups golden raisins, or, craisins
- 2 1⁄2 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup dried dates, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
directions
- Preheat oven to 250F.
- Toss together first 5 ingredients until well combined.
- In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stir into popcorn mixture.
- Pour everything in a jelly-roll pan; bake for 20 minutes, stirring after 10. Break apart as you see fit while warm and let cool before serving.
