ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup almond butter
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 5 medjool dates, finely chopped
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1⁄2 cup raw pecans
- 1⁄2 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
- 1⁄4 cup dried cranberries
directions
- Combine first four ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Place all remaining ingredients EXCLUDING coconut and dried cranberries in a food processor. Process mixture until it resembles coarse sand.
- Place all ingredients together in a bowl and stir well. Pour mixture in a lined baking pan and refrigerate until set. Once set, cut into squares.
