  • Pre-heat oven @ 350. Mix together the "Apple Mix" ingredients in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix together the crust ingredients.
  • Spread the "Apple Mix" in a 9"x12" baking tray, and evenly distribute the crumb crust on top.
  • Bake @ 350 until browned nicely, or until all the water is absorbed.
  • NOTE: Cooking time is an estimate.

  1. Wonderful! I make a lot of fruit desserts and this was fantastic. Not too sweet, just sweet enough, and lots of apples. Not too much butter, so it's pretty healthy, but still enough to make a nice crisp topping. Awesome alone or with a bit of vanilla ice cream. Quick to put together and a great use for those beat up apples at the bottom of my crisper. Used a 9x11 pyrex dish and baked at 350 for an hour which was perfect. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

  3. This was a great recipe. I wasn't sure about the cooking time. So I cooked it at 300 for about an hour. it came out great.
