“This recipe was discovered by accident. I was trying to make fried meat loaf by dipping some leftover meat loaf in with some left over pancake batter from the other day. There was a problem though the batter was to thick and it wouldn’t adhere to the meat loaf. So I just thought that maybe this would taste good fried by itself, and just added some graham cracker crumbs and some cinnamon to the mix. Then all I had to do was spoon it out into the deep-fryer and when they were done al; I had to do was sprinkle some cinnamon sugar mix on them and viola Grammy puffs.”

  1. Combine pancake mix and milk stir thoroughly make sure to get all lumps, add the cinnamon and vanilla and mix.
  2. For the graham cracker crumb mix just add the butter and to the crumbs mix and microwave for 1 minute on high. Combine the crumb mix to pancake mix and stir till cabined toughly. Take an oiled spoon and scoop out even portions and fry for about 1 minute on each side on high heat.
