Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, salt and pepper.
  3. In a roasting or casserole pan combine tomato soup and milk.
  4. Form the beef mixture into a loaf and place in the tomato soup.
  5. Spoon some of the soup over the loaf.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
  7. Serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetable and ENJOY!
