  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Grease and flour 3 loaf pans.
  3. Blend all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Make a hole in the center and add eggs, oil, water, and pumpkin.
  5. Stir until well mixed.
  6. Divide into three loaf pans.
  7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  8. Cool in pans on rack for 20, then remove from pans.
  9. Enjoy!
